The client wanted to rent out the 7500 sq. ft. penthouse and was unsure of what an ideal list of requirements would be. Thus the requirements had to be projected and the layout had to be kept flexible to suit any licensee. We proposed a layout which could have four to six bedrooms with a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. With four bedrooms, we have a provision for a TV room and a den on the lower floor which could become bedrooms if required.
